Four steps
How to delete via the app
The whole process takes under a minute from inside the MiRide app.

Open the MiRide app
Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon then select Settings.

Open Privacy
Scroll down inside Settings and tap Privacy.

Delete Account
Confirm with your password or a verification code.
Permanently deleted
- Profile, name, photo, email
- Ride & delivery history
- Saved addresses & payment methods
- Wallet balance & chat messages
- KYC documents & vehicle info
- Safety data & emergency contacts
Retained anonymised
- Transaction recordsAmounts & dates only — 5 years (Zimbabwe law)
- Aggregated analyticsNo name, phone, or identifier
- Active dispute recordsHeld until resolved, then deleted
