Rider questions

What vehicle classes are available?
MiRide offers Economy (saloons and hatchbacks, best value), Comfort (newer vehicles with more space, great for airport runs), and Premium (executive saloons for important occasions). All classes come with fully verified drivers and the same safety stack.
What happens if I cancel a ride?
Cancelling before a driver is matched is always free. Cancelling within 2 minutes of a match is also free. After that, a small cancellation fee applies. The exact amount is shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
What do I do if I left something in the car?
Open your trip history in the app and contact your driver directly through the messaging in the app. If you need more help, reach our support team via chat in the app or at [email protected].
How does the rating system work?
After each trip, you rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. Drivers with consistently low ratings are reviewed by our team. You can also add a note, and your feedback helps us maintain standards.
Is the app accessible for riders with disabilities?
We build with accessibility in mind. If you have specific needs such as extra time, assistance with luggage, or communication preferences, you can note these in your profile or in the booking notes. Contact our support team if you need help we have not covered.
Can I share my trip with someone?
Yes. Add up to three Emergency Contacts in your profile settings. When your trip starts, they automatically receive a live tracking link with your driver's name and vehicle registration. You can also share the trip link manually from the active trip screen.
