You're in the right place

Looking for MyRide? It's MiRide.

MyRide is how most people spell it. The app is MiRide, spelled M-i-R-i-d-e: Zimbabwe's own app for booking rides and sending packages.

Same app, one letter different. Nothing to search twice for.

Why MiRide gets written as MyRide

"Mi" is a small "i", not a "y". It reads the way a lot of people say it, so MyRide, My Ride and MyRide Zimbabwe all get typed into Google and into the app stores when the app being looked for is MiRide.

There is one MiRide, run by MiRide Technology (Private) Limited from Harare, and one website, miride.app. If a site or an app claims to be MiRide anywhere else, it is not us. The only places to download it are the Apple App Store and Google Play.

MyRide questions, answered

Is MyRide the same as MiRide?

Yes. MyRide is how the name is most often misspelled. The app is MiRide, spelled M-i-R-i-d-e, built and run by MiRide Technology (Private) Limited in Harare. There is no separate MyRide app in Zimbabwe.

Where do I download the MyRide app?

Go to miride.app/download and tap through. That is a direct link to the listing on both stores, and it avoids the App Store search, which often reads MiRide as a misspelling of MyRide and shows the wrong app first. The app is free to download.

Is MiRide a Zimbabwean company?

Yes. MiRide is built and operated by MiRide Technology (Private) Limited, registered in Zimbabwe, with its office at 7 Tweed Road, Eastlea, Harare. It is not a franchise or a rebadged foreign app.

What can I do with MiRide?

Book a ride with a verified driver, send a package across town with live tracking, or sign up to earn as a driver or courier. You pay with your MiRide Wallet or with cash.
